My commitment is to exercise everyday regardless of what has happened in that day. I am prepared to exercise at midnight or 6am if necessary so that exercise becomes part of my daily routine again!
My aim is to make exercise the priority rather than other things and to reschedule everything else around the exercise.
We have already started making exercise an after school/work routine. It is so much fun to exercise to your DVD’s Michelle with my 7 and 5 year old trying to keep up.
Exercise has already had some side benefits…more family time and lots of laughs. Thank you!
So far , so good. I am enjoying this journey and am feeling better for it!
