Wow, what a week!
I am feeling great, have eaten well and exercised every day( nearly!!!!).
I have learned heaps too and that is the most important part...
So What have I actually learned???
That my portion sizes have always been ok...except for when I eat steak!!Who would have guessed!
That I actually eat probably too little at meals and then snack when I get hungry
That when you are organised with food , it is actually far easier to eat healthier
That you can eat decadent food ie maple syrup and still be healthy
That exercise every day is hard but enjoyable
That I need to come first sometimes and that the kids will benefit from it and thrive all the same!
In one way , I have already achieved one of my goals. Whatever I did, I could never get below a certain weight . I always self sabotaged. Once I was there, I would tell myself I could eat chocolate because I had been so good. Well , I went under that weight in the first few days and have stayed there and don't feel like chocolate at all. I do feel hungry though...am hoping that will pass as the weeks go on!
So a very big Thank you Michelle for giving me menus and great food to eat and for helping me get healthier and fitter. I am definitely happier for it!
